I’ve spent the weekend reading books and watching videos on time management and productivity.

Overwhelmingly I see one big problem with them all…

They all (well the ones I have read) focus on getting more out of a day rather than doing the right things that day.

For example a common thread is just do your big 3 things.

But… what if those 3 things aren’t the right 3 things???

It makes a big assumption that we know what the most important things are…

It’s likely we just get more efficient at the wrong things.

EFFECTIVENESS eats efficiency for breakfast!
